Damages, Delays and Lost Packages:

Jackson Square is not responsible for the package once it is tendered to the carrier. We do not issue refunds for damages, delays or lost shipments. Claims can be made directly with the carrier within 7 days.

Freight Shipments shipped by Motor Carrier: damages or shortages MUST be notated on the delivery receipt.

    Ground Shipping

    Ground orders are delivered to the entrance of your home or building by carriers such as UPS and FedEx or USPS. The transit time typically ranges from 2-7 business days, and progress can be easily monitored with the provided tracking details. Please note that assembly may be required.

    Freight Truck Curbside Delivery (Furniture & Large Orders)

    Freight delivery is quoted as curbside delivery with a delivery appointment and lift gate to a residence. This does not qualify as part of the $150+ purchases receiving free delivery.

    Shipments over 150 pounds or that cannot be delivered by parcel service will be shipped via LTL 

    Curbside delivery is quoted manually and invoiced separately.

    Curbside delivery features delivery of the order to the most accessible area for the truck, with further unloading of the order from the truck to the ground level. 

    The transit time typically ranges from 7-14 business days. Transit times are not guaranteed and no refunds are issued for delays.

    Progress can be easily monitored with the provided tracking details.

    Please note that assembly may be required.

    Deliveries are made Monday - Friday between 9am - 5pm.

    If you are not home, experience a power outage, or cannot receive delivery, you must call the freight carrier. Redelivery is an additional fee.

    Preparing for Delivery

    BEFORE

    Measure your space

    To avoid delivery day disappointments, ensure the furniture properly fits the area where you intend to place your new item. Additionally, it is crucial to measure any doorways and turns through which the furniture will pass through, including stairways, elevators, or angles that may hinder the delivery team’s ability to maneuver the furniture into your home.

    Prepare your space

    In preparation for White Glove by our delivery tea, please remove pictures, accessories, or other items from the walls to prevent damage. Furthermore, ensure that the area where you want your furniture placed is free and clear of any items that may obstruct the passageway.

    DURING

    Furniture is inspected prior to delivery to ensure its damage free. In the unlikely event transit damages occur, proceed with the following:

    Thoroughly inspect the furniture for any damages while the delivery team is present.

    If any issues arise during delivery, contact our customer service team while the delivery team is present.

    After consulting with customer service, ensure all damages are notated on the delivery paperwork.

    AFTER

    If any issues arise after delivery, contact our customer service team for assistance.
